1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 8jili7 platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members. Your continued use of 8jili7 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 8jili7 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific promotion or game rule expressly states otherwise.

1.3 8jili7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on 8jili7. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling and sports betting. 21+

2.2 By registering on 8jili7, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity for the purpose of gambling;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an 8jili7 employee.

2.3 8jili7 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

2.4 If 8jili7 determines that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 8jili7. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 8jili7 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8jili7 login credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 8jili7 account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify 8jili7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 8jili7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC): 8jili7 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: 8jili7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other local Philippine payment channels as listed on the platform. Available methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Currency: All transactions on 8jili7 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed during support hours (8AM–12MN PHT). 8jili7 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and KYC status of the account.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 8jili7 account;
• 8jili7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 5;
• 8jili7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

4.6 Prohibited Transactions: You must not use 8jili7 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. 8jili7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 8jili7 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse: 8jili7 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.

5.4 8jili7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on 8jili7 use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers. 8jili7 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 8jili7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 8jili7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 8jili7 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its discretion.

6.4 Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the 8jili7 sports betting section. 8jili7 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity issues.

6.5 Decisions made by 8jili7 regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, and dispute resolutions are final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 14.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jili7 platform:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with 8jili7 software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8jili7 staff or other players.

7.2 Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 8jili7 platform — including but not limited to the 8jili7 logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 8jili7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 8jili7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 8jili7 content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 8jili7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 8jili7, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 8jili7 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and 8jili7 cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 8jili7 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8jili7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 8jili7's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 8jili7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11. Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player: You may close your 8jili7 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat during operating hours (8AM–12MN PHT). Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

11.2 Closure by 8jili7: 8jili7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A player has provided false or fraudulent information;
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A player's account shows signs of money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to 8jili7.

11.3 Upon termination for cause, 8jili7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law.

11.4 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from 8jili7.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8jili7 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 8jili7 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. References to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) guidelines are made for informational purposes in the context of responsible gaming standards applicable to the Philippine market.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 8jili7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the 8jili7 platform. Where changes are material, 8jili7 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.

13.2 Your continued use of the 8jili7 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

14.2 8jili7 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. Complex disputes may take longer; in such cases, 8jili7 will keep you informed of progress.

14.3 All complaints must be submitted in good faith and with sufficient detail to allow 8jili7 to investigate. Frivolous or vexatious complaints may be disregarded.
